After working as a Lead Software Engineer in Test (aka professional bug hunter 🐞🔫) working remotely from Nepal for a U.S.-based company, I decided to level up — not in a video game, but in real life. 🎮➡️🎓

I rolled the dice (a.k.a. survived sleepless nights, caffeinated brain fog, and 87 versions of my SOP) to chase my dream of studying in the U.S. And guess what? The stars aligned ✨ — or maybe the admission office was just impressed by my YAML indentation.

Now I’m living the full-time grad student life at East Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas, for ~2 years — fulfilling graduate assistant duty, juggling lectures, late-night labs, and learning to pronounce “y’all” correctly. 🤠📚
